totally a newbie on Couchsurfing. My friends have raved a lot about their positive experiences with Couchsurfing so I thought I would give it a try!

Stood in a freezing rain for 10 hours at Times Square waiting for the famous crystal ball to drop (and survived without pissing my pants haha). The thing is I was silly enough to have lunch (with a big drink!) at McDonalds Times Square that day before going out on the streets only to realize that their toilet (just like any other public toilets in the area) was closed!
