About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See what the world outside my shell has to offer!
ABOUT ME
I am a bubbly person who likes nature, meeting people, learning new culture and languages. I like exploring and communing with nature. And I am a dog person. I just love animals:)
PHILOSOPHY
A smile can be a start for two strangers to become friends. We all live in our own comfort shells but sometimes stepping out of our comfort zone to mingle with other others can bring us more than what we expect. Life is about loving, giving and sharing. I believe that experience is the best teacher and to venture into the unknown, conquering one's fear, collecting more knowledge, learning more about culture and winning more friends are priceless way of being one with yourself and the world. Sometimes we just have to do what we ought to do. Follow your heart. Follow your dreams and the rest will fall into place.
Life is short! Have no fear! Carpe diem!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For the meantime, I can give some tips about places to visits and can also meet up with our travelling friends because I don't have my own place yet. Hopefully, when I get to settle in a new house, I can be a host eventually:)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing experience was simply awesome. Great host family... I surfed not a couch or a house but a "home." I do host but because I live far from work, I prefer to do meet-ups or only host emergency cases, like I did for a French girl, (hello Aurelie Morgenthaler!) and an English guy and some local ones too. I get to join CS group travels from time to time, and each adventure is always a fun and memorable experience.
Interests
I compose songs and poems.I like to cook and bake, playing with my pets and listening to mellow music. I like to read and write and having a tete-a-tete with people from all walks of life

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I fell in love with the peace and calm that Brunei has offered me. It is truly the Abode of Peace.I was amused by the mixture of culture and style in Hongkong, I love Sabah nature and culture! (had my first CS experience in KK) I also gained more insight and experienced how to chant for Nichiren Daishonin -Buddhism practice, courtesy of my wonderful KK host family Until now, I'm always surprised by the treasures found in my country's 7, 107 islands.(I still have to do more local trips!) The magnificent view of the Mt. Pinatubo crater left me in awe and I still dream about it always!

-Spa for the Mind @ Mabuhay Temple 11.20.12
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy listening to people's stories and sharing my thoughts as well. I don't judge people according to their looks, their status nor their way of life. I acknowledge the fact that no individual is the same and that what makes the fun part about the Psychology of Life.
