We are a couple in our twenties who have been lucky enough to travel and live abroad for a number of years. We love the ethos of couchsurfing and it's great that we can now host and show people around our local area.

We got engaged in South Korea back in 2012 and then married in the UK surrounded by friends and family. Since returning to Leicester we have moved into our first house but are trying not to 'settle down' too much. Couchsurfing has been a great way for us to travel and meet interesting people without actually travelling!

Hazel currently works for a local university and Charlie works in marketing for a small tech startup in Leicester.

Interessen

We both enjoy cooking and eating out, travelling, watching films and tv shows and going on long country walks/hiking. As this is our first home together we have developed a newfound interest in DIY, gardening and barbecuing. If you have any skills in these areas we'd be delighted to host you!

Hazel is from Leicester and knows the city really well so we'd be more than happy to show you around. There's always new restaurants and bars popping up and we like to explore.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Hazel has a sewing machine and has about a rooms worth of unfinished fabric items! She's also learning how to knit and do yoga (not at the same time.)

We have both taught elementary English in South Korea and would be happy to do some kind of language exchange.
