ABOUT ME

I am quite quiet on first meeting, but once I get to know you (which doesn't take long!) I love to get into deep discussions about all sorts. I am quite spiritual but in more of a quantum physics/taoist way ... not a church on sunday way. I have written a book that I am trying to get published and am looking for another story. I love nature - anything outdoors. I am happiest riding, sailing, hiking, scuba diving, smelling the roses. I also love to dance salsa, jive ...

PHILOSOPHY

All is one, I am you, you are me ... you know... all that stuff. Also, seize the moment and enjoy every second. Immerse yourself in the present because that's all you have!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only surfed a few couched, and not for many years. I haven't had a chance to host as been in the middle of the African bush for a couple of years and now travelling again. When I settle and have space I look forward to hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a couch in Noosa. Brad, the host, then said I could house sit as he is often away! So when he was away I hosted 3 people on his behalf... but I wasn't technically the host so I didn't write a reference for them. They were all really cool though and each brought interesting perspectives, stories and knowledge with them.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Too many! I love reading anything that stretches the imagination. Music - classical, jazz, alternative, 40's,50's,60's. Films - anything funny, or educational.

Being charged by elephants, working in the oz outback, training a Melbourne cup horse, hunting wild boar in NZ, 3 marlin and 1 sail fish in 1 trip, flying a Cessna in California almost touching the sea, swimming with turtles
