About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live life well
ABOUT ME
Basically, I'm a people person. I find the most interesting people are the ones that are different than me, but share a sense of generosity, adventure, and enjoyment of life. I studied different cultures in college, but I am making that a lifelong education. I have traveled a little, and have lived outside of my own country, but feel I am still getting my feet wet. I can pinpoint certain people and instances that will forever be in my mind, and I hope to be making those imprints on other people, "Remember that girl we met while we were ___(fill in the blank)"
PHILOSOPHY
Take risks and you'll never be disappointed, at least not in yourself.
Love God, love others.
An honest conversation feeds the soul and builds lasting friendships.
Wine goes best with...everything!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I finally have a good place to host couchsurfers! I have been the recipient of amazing hospitality, and hope to be again in the future. I am also looking forward to extending that hospitality to someone else (maybe you?).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfed last summer for the first time. My passport got stolen in Brussels and CS certainly saved me while I was stranded for a few days. So glad I joined! I had amazing hosts which are now new friends and a good story to tell instead of a very depressing one!
Interests
Traveling, wandering, playing piano, reading, baking, experimental cooking, rollerblading, camping, swimming, drinking good wine and beer, general fun, and things I haven't tried yet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Participating in a New Years celebration on a beach in Thailand, pretending to be a local. Also getting stranded in Amsterdam for a few days ended up being pretty amazing.
