About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be the only crazy guy to ever say that he's skinny dipped in Antarctica!

ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! I just finished grad school this past December and planning how I can possibly relocate outside of Texas. I currently work part time as an audio engineer and even do the occasional private contract gig. Aside from music, I also dig indie coffee shops and a good microbrewery craft beer. Good conversation always pairs well with any of those.

PHILOSOPHY

Try to get both sides of the story--you owe it to the people and yourself to get as holistic a picture as possible. Don't be too stubborn with your opinions. Listen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS when I was studying abroad in Israel and did some awesome group campouts, and even hosted a fellow CS traveler once. I don't get to travel that much, so I haven't been an active CSer lately. But I still stick around on here in the hopes of future travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted once, and partied/slept over all the other times.

Teach, Learn, Share

For all of you home recording musicians out there, a piece of wisdom from my undergrad professor... "If you want a good a guitar sound, start with a good player, playing a good guitar, into a good microphone." That's the foundation to the whole music production process.
