ABOUT ME

I have lived all over the state of California but mostly near the beach in Southern California. My favorite towns to live are the beach towns in San Diego County.

My pet peeve is being around smokers and having to breathe other people's second hand smoke.

PHILOSOPHY

My lifetime goal is to be healthy and fit forever and hence, the oldest person in the world someday.

I am basically a vegetarian, however I will eat fish a few times a month but only when I go out to eat at one of my favorite buffets. I never bring any meat into my house because if I did, I would be eating it everyday.

Nevertheless, I find the best buffets in California to be at the Indian Casinos so I usually go to a casino buffet and pig out at least several times a month.

I also like to go boogie boarding at the beach, play golf, go to the gym and pump weights, do aerobics, and read as much as I can on the Net.

I enjoy writing articles on my personal website about how to be super healthy.

I have previously worked professionally as a Learning, Reading, and Behavioral Specialist which are some of my strongest skills. However, I also have a strong background in science, health and fitness, and I love animals.
