I was introduced to it by my old flatmate who would host surfers at our place and loved the concept of it. It's a great way to meet people, have great conversations, and create new experiences.

It's hard to narrow down, so I'd have to say the first time I stepped off the plane in Thailand when I was 18. I was immediately bit by the travel bug and am grateful to have so many great experiences because of it!
