CURRENT MISSION
To explore myself through exploring the planet and its people!
ABOUT ME
I am always on the go, dabbling in varied interests.
Physical activity and community involvement are 2 of my fundamental needs. I think gender is one of the most fascinating topics. I am positive community connection is one of the most spiritual experiences possible.
You can generally find me doing one of the following activities: running, biking, swimming, eating out, planning a travel adventure, baking, cooking, reading, dancing, music-listening, gallery-going, or exploring.
Also, I am an intensely passionate human being.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to connect humans together from diverse backgrounds and build community. The morning is my favorite time of day and will gladly make breakfast and serve a superb tour guide (my former job) when I am not working.

Interests
Community, equality, kindness, and connection are of utmost importance to me. I take pride in eating and support local businesses, listening and bonding with people of all ages, and traveling the world and staying open to new experiences. Distance running and triathlons are two of my greatest passions. I absolutely love (and live) to move my body and connect with my internal universe; it helps me connect with the outward world in ways I never imagined.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stood at the foot of Iguazu falls. Witnessed the birth of my niece and best friend's daughter. Visited the southern most city in the world. Saw Radiohead front row. Rafted in Alaska, Bali, and Argentina. Traveled to France with my 4 best friends. Ran a marathon while traveling alone in England.
Oh yeah, I also fell asleep (not pass out) for several hours in a bathroom stall in Berlin. I wouldn't say that it was amazing, but it's a good story.
Teach, Learn, Share
I will probably go on a rant about food, or optimism, or travel. But, I am more interested in knowing other people's lives and what drives them.
