ABOUT ME

I laugh a lot. I make faces- you generally know what I'm thinking, I wear my heart on my sleeve. I love all things study abroad and want to work in a study abroad office once I graduate. I play the harp which is really random..but my musical tastes are completely eclectic. You play it for me- I bet I'll like it. I'm studying cultural anthro, which fits because I love people, their cultures, and the world!

I want to learn by seeing the world, and right now I'm doing this by studying abroad in Spain and I'm loving it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I can't say that I host because right now because my apartment is full already. :( But I think this is the greatest idea ever and can't wait to get my apartment back in the states and host to my little heart's content because I know how it is to travel on a budget- I think we all do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Paris with Floraine hosting and it was great! She made room for us in the cutest apartment- I'm jealous. I want one just like it someday!

Centres d'intérêt

Anything that makes me laugh- (so basically everything) but to be more specific reading- Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, chick lit...movies (Breakfast at Tiffany's, Love Actually. L'Auberge Espagnole) and music of course. Everyone loves music!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I just went ziplining this summer while I was interning in Costa Rica and I would have to say that was the most amazing experience. Being that high up in the sky- looking down on a big open green landscape..breathtaking!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

i'm bumming this off a profile I saw where the girl said she could teach how to find where to bum free food. This is something I've learned the art of at my university- events. Events offer free food to get you interested, and where or not you're interested in the principles of democracy or helping keep clean water, you might learn something you'd never have learned otherwise and you get some pizza out of the deal.
