About Me

I own a house in central London, lots of space for you to stay.

I like exploring the idea of charitable adventures to keep me traveling. It gives me mini-missions and helps the world: win-win. My next trip will be to drive a Rickshaw across India to save the world.

I've been a photographer, a journalist, an executive, and now an entrepreneur, life's good :)

I work as a head of department, but I'm also starting an internet based business in the UK, I often travel and work on my laptop. A Global technology nomad I guess....
I love to party, and I'm happy chilling (you can't party everyday), but the best things is good conversation and laughing. Life is about living on your own terms, and I like this!

Check out the craziest trip I did: www.tuxedotravels.com

Life's all about the people, which is why I love meeting new people who have something to say about things :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm only interested in meeting people who enjoy life - sense of humour is a must!

Interests

Horse riding, photography (used to be semi-pro), travel writing, Dodgeball (yes its a real sport), improvisation (acting), cycling, and generally keeping busy.

Music, Movies, and Books

My version of travel inspiration is: The Boneman of Benares.
Favourite books: Norwegian Wood, The Dice Man, The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy and "Wilt".
Any book about anti-heroes tends to score well with me as I like the idea we can make a difference if we try.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Tuxedo Travels - I traveled halfway across the world wearing tuxedos to raise money for charity. See it hear: www.tuxedotravels.com

Russian Banya Parties are also worthy of a mention :)

Teach, Learn, Share

When you visit someone, bring openness, offer conversation, and may the good times roll.... The most important thing on Couchsuring is you're connecting with your type of person (not just looking for a free hotel).

Also, I'm exploring the ideas of combining charity and travel adventures (with a little bit of madness thrown in). I've signed up to do the Rickshaw Run across India to raise money for charity - http://www.theadventurists.com/rickshaw-run/

What I Can Share with Hosts

I bring lots of travel stories, good conversation. I love nothing more than swapping good ideas on how to enjoy the world.

I'm always well behaved - whilst in your house, its your rules.

If none of that appeals, I'm bringing homemade cake from England for my 2015 trip - its bribery, it might or might not work.
