Hi I'm Heather, I'm a stay home mom and mother to two little minions :p My husband's name is Chance and he is the breadwinner as they call it. haha We have 2 cats: Milo and Kitsy. Milo is strictly indoors while Kitsy does her own thing in and out. Our kids are Celeste who is 6 and Chael who is 2. We don't feel comfortable at this time hosting male guests for safety reasons and due to us having small children (due to pedophiles and the high rate of child trafficking in Hawaii.) Because we receive A LOT of requests for visitors due to our location..while we are willing to share our home/couches with you we are a busy family and we'd also prefer you to help out with 1 thing a day around the house (ie: either weedwack our small backyard, load/unload dishes from the dishwasher each night, vacuum the stairs, or cook dinner that we would share :) ..we will provide the ingredients) Also, nothing last minute.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I grew up going to my Japanese babysitter's home every day all day so I love different foods and cultures!

Interests

Creating any kind of craft/art, photography, swimming, the beach, reading (if only I still had time..), I love animals, hate exercising but love zumba!

Our community center offers Hawaiin Culture Class every 4th Monday from 4-5pm, offers hands-on learning about traditional elements of Hawaiian culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good place to crash with genuine honest trustworthy people. :) I may not have too much time to take you places or sight-see due to having 2 young kids but I will try to help if/when I can. Our community center is a 10 minute walk from our house and offers free Zumba on Monday & Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15, Fit Club 5-6 am Monday through Friday, and Hawaiin Culture Class every 4th Monday from 4-5pm, offers hands-on learning about traditional elements of Hawaiian culture.
