I love to immerse with the locals. Anyone can stay in a nice hotel but I want to experience the nooks and crannies of a place. I've also met some of my closest friends by traveling this way.

Music...I love it ALL. Really. Especially anything I can dance to. Books; A Return to Love, Sacred Contracts, Sex at Dawn, The 4 & 5 Agreements.

Hmmmm...So many things! I left the default world! Sold my house, donated my things, grabbed my dog and began globetrotting. I coach and teach everywhere I visit and have been blessed with an epic journey!

I teach; meditation, breath work, yoga, drumming, chanting, dance as well as guide those interested in shifting their lives from seeking happiness from the outer world back to themselves to find fulfillment. I love to learn new things and always love to hear others stories.
