Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I embrace the mission; I hope to explore new regions of the world, connect with locals and through those connections learn about new cultures, new ways of thinking and new ways to appreciate and value diversity. I hope to spend more time traveling like the friend of a local and less time traveling like a tourist.
