I'm about to be fresh out of university and have no idea what to do with my life. I studied art (printmaking), and now I'm going to go exploring until I decide what to do next!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I want to see the place as it's meant to be seen. Dorky tourist attractions are fun for a minute or two, but I want to know about the dive bar down the street, the best places for swimming, eat sub-par breakfast at a crappy diner with the locals, see street art down back alleys, make friends. I want to talk to people who are intimately connected with their city, so as a traveler I can be fully plunged into the spirit of it all.

Interests

I love music and going to shows! I also like adventures, hiking, swimming, having a few beers on the beach, making art, seeing art, cooking, and eating french fries! I like exploring new places and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all genres of rock and punk, folk music, and am obsessed with the odd pop song. Dystopian Sci-fi movies are the best, but I'd rather be outside than in front of the TV. I could spend hours in the art section of the library. Zines and poetry are always worth the read as well.
