ABOUT ME

I am Outgoing, I go with the flow and am a very positive person, a tad bit crazy and very open minded. By only goal is to be happy and love on my family and friends!!! And if i may die tomorrow, know that I lived life the way it should have been lived and that I treated all humans and animals that came across my path kindly.

PHILOSOPHY

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mainly it helps me not be afraid of strangers!!!!!
I signed up in Aug of 2014 and jumped right in I have hosted many different types of people across many different cultures and one thing I realized is that couchsurfing.org has some of the most amazing people on earth as members. I have made life long friends through this site and it has brought back my realization that there really are some really amazing strangers on this earth and not everyone is bad, you just have to invite them into your home offer a glass of wine and hear their stories about life, love and their adventurs!!! I LOVE HEARING THIER STORIES!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In my dreams I roam the country with a backpack couchsurfing and maybe someday I will still do that. Now I play house. ; ). I couch surf when I am on business trips and family vacations.

I would love to see more support for families with children in the couchsurfing culture. It does seem to be hard to find hosts with my children. Those couchsurfing with children i am happy to host!

Interests

I enjoy traveling, gardening, school, camping, hiking and fishing. BBQ's with friends and beach/pool time.. Just going out and hanging out! I enjoy wine! My family is a big fan of drinks produced in countries outside of America. Preferably countries that have a Non-GMO tolerance. We like adventures, ethnic food, different cultural experiences, dancing, making friends, rescuing animals, home brewing, volunteering at the nearby retirement home. So much more to list.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to watch movies, listen to music and read books... I don't have a favorite lately... but I like all types of each.

Some of the ones off the top of my head are; The Walking Dead, Games of Thrones, Survivor, Amazing Race (would love to be a contestant on either) The Hunger Games. Etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Me and my family traveling to Belize in 2013 to swim with the Whale sharks! We love the culture of Belize. We also drove deep into the jungles of Guatemala, What an exciting adventure! I can't wait to go on more!
