Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My BF and I are currently moving to California to start Chapter 2 in our life. We are hitting up some festivals (Burning Man) on the way and seeing some friends. We have a lot of camping gear but we are also interested in meeting new people, surfing some couches and being able to provide a couch to surf on once we get to the bay area in CA as to return the favor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

N/A but plenty of traveling experience, festival experience and meeting new people.

Interests

I currently run a large corporate owned daycare and my boyfriend is an artist. I am a creative writer and artist as well. I am very professional in my work world, but very creative and artistic in my personal life and know how to keep them separated. We travel, hike, and attend Burning Man type functions, make costumes, go to festivals, donate our time to make events happen...overall we just enjoy life and will take up on any chance we get to live it right.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attending every single Burning Man I have attended; watching 80,000 people come together to make a city work and function in a desert deserted with no life.

Having my son for a family who could not have children.

Putting myself through Graduate school after escaping from a crazy life at the age of 16.
