CURRENT MISSION

We're heading out to the west coast soon...we want to see some of California, visit friends, check out Portland (cycling and music heaven from what we hear) and then head north to meet Heather's brand new niece in BC.

ABOUT ME

We live in the city in a happy little neighbourhood with our two dogs, Waldorf and Statler. W&S came from a garbage pile in Hualien City, Taiwan, so they're pretty ecstatic about the current arrangement. George is finishing up the first draft of his first novel and working as a writer/researcher to pay the bills. Heather is passionate about birth as a natural, normal process that can be empowering and positively life altering when women are encouraged to follow their instincts and work as equal and active participants with their health care teams. We love Toronto's music scene and cycling in the city. Soon though, we hope to move to a little house in the country where we can have chickens and a garden and maybe some babies too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We're new to couchsurfing, but it seems pretty awesome so far! We'll have our first surfing experience next month when we head to the west coast. Can't wait!
