Just a small town Ohio, USA girl studying in Varazdin, Croatia for the semester. Trying to see as much of Europe as possible :)

PHILOSOPHY

As cliche as it sounds, I like to live life to the fullest. I'm only going to be young, with little responsibilities, once and I want to enjoy it and experience as much as possible in this short amount of time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently traveling with the hopes of couch surfing, but I wouldn't mind hosting once I'm back in the States!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done any official couch surfing, but I have traveled to cities and hung out with friends of friends who live there. I really enjoy learning about a cities culture from people who actually live there as they know all the secrets to unlocking the heart of the city. A place I wouldn't have given a second glance could be the best spot in town for dinner and a drink.

Interessen

I love photography and to write. My dream would be to make a living traveling the world and writing about my experiences. I also really enjoy sports, baseball and volleyball being my favorites. All in all, I just really like experiencing new things and creating stories to tell when I get back home.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I'm slightly obsessed with Harry Potter and the Hunger Games series. Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors and I enjoy any movie that stars Leonardo DiCaprio (especially Inception, that's my favorite). Music wise I ejoy: Maroon 5, One Republic, Nickelback, Luke Bryan, etc...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The parliament building in Budapest, Hungary at night, reflecting off of the water, was probably the most impressive thing I have ever seen in my lifetime. I have also been white water rafting before, but was so little that I was knocked out of the raft and forced to wind my way down the rapids by myself and in the water. That was certainly an experience.
