ABOUT ME

I am open minded and committed to the practices of deep listening and asking bigger questions. I sit with people and families at the very end of their life where there are no answers. I come from a long lineage of contemplatives who liked to rattle the cage a bit and speak truth to power but from a place of heart, not violence. I am a servant of truth and beauty, willing to take off on big waves, and have lived here on Hawaii Island for going on twenty years. I love my work in a way that I would do it even I were not getting paid. Before I started working for Hospice I had two yoga studios where I have trained many of East Hawaii's yoga teachers.
