When I read something that really tickles me, I write it down in a little notebook; when I have to wait somewhere, I pull out that notebook and read through it. As a result, I love waiting for things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all movies...sometimes love 'em more if they're terrible. Love most music...prefer toe-tapping hits or beautiful instrumental stuff like Sigur Ros and Explosions in the Sky. Love good books...can be fiction or non-fiction as long as they're interesting and well-written.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently went to The Gun Store in Las Vegas and fired 25 rounds from an AK-47 at a paper zombie. True.

Can share: local knowledge of Echo Park and east Los Angeles; the best way to do Disneyland; how to talk about the Dodgers or Lakers so you sound like a true fan; great book and movie recommendations.
