I'm in my twenties, I'm a teacher. I'm married, my husband and I have a dog named Tori. I love meeting new people and trying new things, and I really never know what to put about myself in these descriptive boxes.

Requests must be placed no later than a week in advance (two weeks or more is preferred). We live in a full house and need time to plan accommodations. Also, if we decide to host you, please confirm no later than 48 hours in advance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because my sister and I want to go on adventures and see new places but we don't have money to stay in hotels...plus it seems like a great way to meet new people, and it's out of my comfort zone (I always like to push myself out of my comfort zone).

Basically we want to believe the good in humanity, and couchsurfing seems like a way to do that.

I'm going to sound like such a millenial, but Taylor Swift is hands-down my favorite singer. I have a wide and eclectic taste in music. I listen to a little bit of everything.

JK Rowling is my all-time favorite author but I read a wide variety of things. Pretty much any book you recommend I'll at least attempt to read.
