I’m an open-minded and easygoing person who enjoys meeting new people and sharing authentic experiences. I grew up in Costa Rica and have always been passionate about exploring nature, rivers, forests, and the culture of my country. That passion inspired me to start Manantial, a rural ecotourism and cultural project in Pital, where I host travelers and organize events like astronomy nights, gastronomy workshops, and cultural exchanges.

I love music (especially rock and techno), cooking, hiking, and learning from other people’s stories. For me, Couchsurfing is not just about offering a place to stay—it’s about creating meaningful connections, sharing knowledge, and living like locals. If you enjoy nature, good conversations, and discovering hidden gems, we’ll get along very well.

Soy una persona abierta y relajada que disfruta conocer gente nueva y compartir experiencias auténticas. Nací en Costa Rica y siempre he sentido pasión por explorar la naturaleza, los ríos, los bosques y la cultura de mi país. Esa pasión me inspiró a crear Manantial, un proyecto de ecoturismo rural y cultural en Pital, donde recibo viajeros y organizo eventos como noches de astronomía, talleres de gastronomía e intercambios culturales.

Me encanta la música (especialmente el rock y el techno), cocinar, hacer caminatas y aprender de las historias de otras personas. Para mí, Couchsurfing no se trata solo de ofrecer un lugar donde dormir, sino de crear conexiones significativas, compartir conocimientos y vivir como locales. Si disfrutas de la naturaleza, las buenas conversaciones y descubrir rincones escondidos, nos llevaremos muy bien.

I know what it feels like to be in a foreign country, and how valuable it is to find a host who offers not just a place to stay, but also guidance, friendship, and cultural exchange. I want to share the best of Costa Rica’s hidden gems, especially here in the northern region where tourism is not overwhelming and nature is still very authentic. Couchsurfing for me is about creating connections, sharing experiences, and learning from each traveler who comes my way.

I listen to almost every genre of music, but I have a special love for rock and techno. Music for me is a way to connect with people, and I enjoy sharing playlists, discovering new sounds, or even just putting on music while we cook or hang out. I also enjoy good movies and reading about culture, history, and science.

I started a non profitable organization with some friends to help recovering nature in my community. Now we have planted more tham 5000 trees and working on environmental education projects as well

I can share a lot of funny and great stories, knowledge about natural and rural destinations on the whole Costa Rica. Also night life in San Jose is part of that special knowledge. I can take you also to a good techno club or any music genre, that's not a problem.
