ABOUT ME

Unless a major catastrophe has struck me, I'm always in a good mood. I'm easy going, affable, and have a quirky sense of humor.

I have a keen interest in spirituality. Living a life of truth and love has been a central part of my life for the last 20 years. It has led to live a fairly unconventional life and I'd been very lucky to meet some of the most amazing spiritual teachers.

I love exercising and in particular, playing tennis. I'm always up for a game.

I also really enjoying walking in nature / hiking, especially with Arthur, my miniature yorkshire terrier, who is like my own son :)

I'm vegan, which I do because I love animals very much. I am not a proselitist though. I just live what is good and true for me, in a quiet, unassuming way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently traveling across the US. Once I am back in Brighton and have a place of my own, it will be nice to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just had my first surfing experience in NY, staying with Don, who is the coolest, most laid-back and intelligent priest I've ever met. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to meeting many other interesting people!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I conceived "Stillness Buddy", a mindfulness software program, which has helped thousands of people to be more present, more still and at peace while working at the computer.A lot of very-well known spiritual teachers have liked the idea behind Stillness Buddy and have their own version of the program.

Stillness Buddy led me to develop "Just A Moment", a software application based on the same concept, but for use within corporate organizations. Currently, I'm concentrating my efforts in promoting Just A Moment.
