About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To develop my happiness through travels and finding new culture through friendships!

ABOUT ME

Update 02/09/2011: I am in France!! :) finally here!I moved to Paris in July 2011 and it's been a beautiful experience thus far!!Hello future friends! I am new to the site and looking to start a foundation in traveling throughout the world. I am 26 and a recent graduate. I enjoy red wine, talking a lot, and laughing! I have one of the biggest hearts and would enjoy to know your story! Also, I am looking for friends who encourage travel and would like to start a report of people with whom I trust my travels! If you have any questions, just let me know. Oh yeah, I also speak a little French. I'm no expert but enough to handle a convo!!I like to study people through a cultural scope, answering questions like who they are in society? on local, global, and historical levels? I will, in my life, see all these places:Barcelona February 2012! Stoked!Rome Summer 2012Venice Summer 2012Skopje (to see my friends!)Paris (many times) First time- March 2010. Moved here 2011.Troyes First time- March 2010. December 2011.All US major citiesEgypt because it's gonna be amazing!!The Nasca Lines by plane, so PeruAs I am new- I will probably update this info regularly and then throughout my travels it will only be more bad ass :)

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness! I have some studies in religious philosophy and while I respect its place in history, I do not ascribe to any certain materialization of a "word." I like to smile and just live a good, decent life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new, so this is undecided. I will update you as I learn the answers!!

I'm open to host people once I have a permanent address. But, I will meet you in Charleston, SC for a drink and share my culture, that would be great!

Basically, I will give as much to you, but you must do the same for me. I do not want to be around proud, arrogant people and while I am very nice and fun-loving, I will not accept disrespect.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, but excited to change this during Summer 2011.

Interests

I enjoy all sorts of things: red wine, wine, being outdoors, a really good laugh, being in the company of good people, spending time exploring life, and trying to beat my battle with weight! :) just a regular petite amie!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not a big music person. I still love the 80s and 90s and nothing is better then a good techno flow, but who knows! If in a certain mood, I can jam to all types.

For books- I'm in love. I read constantly. I am currently reading Dickens and recently finished a brilliant Allende book, The House of the Spirits. It's a developed english read but she's a beautiful author and her storyline is moving. I suggest to those who like good books :) My all-time fav is Pride and Prejudice, need I say more?
