Overview
About Me
I very much enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. Conversations with people who have different perspectives upon life than I might have myself are interesting and stimulating to me.
I live on the west coast of Norway.
My home is a quiet place. Not a lot of tourists pass by. It is a place where the neighbours and even most people in the village knows (about) eachother.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I wanted to try couchsurfing because I enjoy meeting and getting to know people from all over the world.
So far I have couchsurfed for 8 days in Italy, and it has been a 100% positive experience.
Music, Movies, and Books
All important in my everyday life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went travelling alone for 3 months when I was in my twenties. That is an experience I wouldn't want to be without.
Some years ago I snorkelled with sea-turtles in the Indian Ocean, just amazing.
Couchsurfing in Italy for the first time, an eye-opening and learning experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
In my home You will be a part of my little family. I live together with my sons.
I can show you around the area, and give advice on what to go see while visiting. The village I live in has opportunities for beautiful walks along the ocean. The weather is often windy and chilly, but we have some sunny beach-days in between, during summer.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Visiting other couchsurfers:
Respect for you and your home.
I am quiet, but like to chat.
I can help around the house, I will keep my things gathered and not make a mess in your house :-)
In my home:
Smiles and hospitality. I love a good talk over a glass of wine, or tea...or coffe..
On the more practical side: I have blankets if needed. I can also pick you up, and take you around, when I can fit it into my schedule.
Current mission:
To notice and enjoy the good moments of every day.
Philosophy:
Live your life and do what makes you happy.
