I grew up in a little town! Moved all over the place here in Wisconsin. I went and traveled a little this past summer, through the Rocky Mountains! They were beyond gorgeous! After I graduated high school, I went through basic for the Air Force. Unfortunately, I was medically discharged and I'm slowly in the process of taking care of that! I work with disabled adults with head injuries for my job, and also have a part time job working with children! I also am a part time student! :) I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures and hearing people's stories!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a student, so I understand the cost of traveling, places to stay, food, etc. I am hoping that once I start gathering myself to go to exciting places, people can help me, as I would love to help others! Like I said, I was in the Air Force, and I wanted that so bad just for the travel. I am kind-hearted, and open to anybody who would love to stay! Schofield is a suburb of Wausau, WI. There is tons of stuff to do here as well!

Interests

Love love love music, adventures, stories. I love to paint. Art is really a beautiful thing. I am a go with the flow person, so I like to take drives. I love people of all ages. Animals are adorable. I love being with my friends, having bonfires, just having a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music! I had recently found a band called Nahko andMedicine for the People, and they are my favorite at the moment! Otherwise country, and hip-hop are my main go to's. I love going out to the movies, too bad it's a little expensive here, but that's okay! I love action movies, drama, comedy. Books aren't my thing, but I do love the Chicken Soup books, and Nicholas Sparks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Haha, this could be funny or whatever, I mean it's great to me. But when I went to Washington DC for a school trip, I was in choir, and we sang on the Lincoln Memorial Illegally. Not that that is something to be necessarily proud of, but being in 9th grade, and doing something with such an amazing group of people that I had the privilege of growing up with, and with teachers who taught me from 1st grade and on, I think singing America the Beautiful in such an amazing place with amazing people -is simply amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am mostly here to learn! I love learning about other people, learning about experiences, getting advice! I would share anything asked, and I hope that I can teach others my way of life as a 20 year old girl who has already been through so much and has been to many of places! :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Like I said, I am kind-hearted. Those who stay with me will have a couch or a blow up mattress (which honestly, is the comfiest thing in the world) to sleep on. I will offer food, transportation as well! I am here to give people a great experience! Keep in mind, I do have a heavy work schedule as well, but I will always do my best to do one fun thing with every couch surfer!
