Overview
About Me
I love travel, great food, new experiences, meeting strangers, and almost every sport (particularly soccer and basketball). On my days off of work, I like to explore new places and experience new things!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've heard many friends rave about it over my many years of travel, and look forward to meeting new friends and people with similar interests through Couchsurfing.
Interests
I studied International Studies and Spanish in college, and have professional interests in International Development, Global Health, and Criminal Justice. I enjoy concerts, good beer, and playing guitar, although I'm self-taught so don't expect much.

Movies: I like comedy, documentaries, and action films - I could watch James Bond any day.
Books: Currently reading The Alchemist and I LOVE IT. I mainly read Non fiction, because I love learning through books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
May - July 2015 I walked the Camino de Santiago, a 800 kilometer/500 mile hike across northern Spain with my best friend from college.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have taught English to Spanish speakers in the United States, Spain, and Ecuador, and have tutored English speakers in Spanish as well.
Random facts and Ted Talks are wonderful.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am an open book when it comes to travel and life experiences. Every person has something different to offer and I believe we're meant to share and learn from it all!
