Hi! My name is Heidi, I'm a really easy-going girl, and I like to have fun. I love meeting new people and going to new places.

For most of my life, I had dreamed about traveling around the world and seeing all there was to see. I had only really traveled domestically around the US, until in 2016 I took my first solo trip to South Korea. Shortly after that, I went on my first trip to Europe and I was hooked. I quit my job a little while later and started traveling by myself around the world! For the past 7 months, I have been traveling around all of Europe and North Africa. I don't plan to stop until I've seen every beautiful inch of this world.

I'm hoping that Couchsurfing can help me continue my travels, while also introducing me to new friends around the globe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Above all, I am a budget traveler. I have a limited amount of money to travel so I'm hoping that Couchsurfing can help me continue my travels, while also introducing me to new friends around the globe. Everyone has their own story and I think it would be cool to hear some of them :)

While I am unable to host fellow Couchsurfers in my own home (because I do not have one), I'm hoping that one day I can return the favor.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked up the courage to quit my job after three years of working to travel around the world! You only live once, so I believe it's important to have no regret in life.
