I have huge curiosity for things I haven't done. I never want to stop learning. Or teaching. I've lived in Wyoming for 8 years and now I'm stretching my legs and became a traveling therapist (again) so I can meet new people and learn new lessons. And hopefully I can impact people's lives in new ways.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to meet new people and see what they have to teach me about life. I get a natural high from going places I've never been and seeing the sights and learning about other cultures.

Interests

I thrive on constantly learning new things and solving the problems of the world, one glass of whiskey at a time! I'm all about creating and sharing positive energy. I love learning about new cultures, learning about the places I go, their origins and what makes them tick. I love to get lost in good books and write about the things I've experienced. I need to constantly be making new memories. Complacency isn't part of my vocabulary. I've recently taken up yoga and should probably meditate or something. My brain is always thinking of the next step.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one?? I'll be quick. Learned to surf in Portugal, skydiving, skiing and mountain biking in Colorado, climbed Mt. Elbert, took a highlands bus tour in Scotland, slot canyoneering in southern Utah, went to a military Ball in London, been to some thought provoking and mindful music festivals, a little of this, a little of that. I'm craving more amazing experiences!

Teach, Learn, Share

I think it's part of my job as a human to make other people's lives more tolerable. Sometimes that means showing people a few tricks I've learned in my profession. Why should I keep it to myself? If i can make someone feel better maybe they'll pay it forward and it will perpetuate. And create world peace. You never know.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I bring positive energy, optimistic attitude and I'd like to think I have an above average sense of humor.😋 I see things from multiple perspectives so sometimes I might seem wishy washy on a topic but it's really that I'm contemplating all possibilities. You'll rarely find me in a foul mood. Hopefully it's contagious!
