I’m originally from Seattle but have been calling Alaska home for the past six years. Working in tourism, I have a strong passion for world travel. I am currently traveling through New Zealand and though I’ve been a member since 2013, I am actually still new to Couchsurfing! Looking forward to meeting some locals. Cheers!

I love to meet people from all around the world. Hostels are nice and cost friendly but I think you really get to see into the culture and lifestyle when staying with a local.

Hiking, biking, swimming, flower smelling, canoeing and kayaking... basically anything outside. Love listening to music, drinking coffee, and enjoying the world around us.

I have a passion for all music (with maybe the exception of pop country 😆). I have a degree in music with a focus on flute and vocals. Love hearing new music from all countries, surely one of my favorite things about world travel.
Favorite movies include Shawshank Redemption, The Matrix, and A Beautiful Mind.
