Just because it's raining, doesn't mean you can't go swimming. Just because it's noon, doesn't mean you can't have some gin and just because no one else is on the dance floor, doesn't mean you shouldn't dance.

Anything of the eccentric type done well. Movies: Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich, Fight Club, Virgin Suicides, Donnie Darko, Punch Drunk Love, Borat, Enemy at the Gates, There Will Be Blood, Lost in Translation, Requiem for a Dream, etc. Music: 80's new wave (Depeche Mode, The Cure, The Smiths, Duran Duran, etc.), 90's grunge (Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, etc), 70's rock (Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc), and good ol' new stuff (Man Man, Modest Mouse, Radiohead). And of course, all that fun indie dance shit.

Teach, Learn, Share

One of the reasons I enjoy traveling is the people. Through others, you learn about yourself. I enjoy learning what it means to be an American, but at the same time how similar we all really are.
