ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, funny, optimistic, creative, sporty, outdoorsy, laid back, smart and sarcastic at times! Love to shoot sarcastic banter back and forth with those who can match it and don't take it the wrong way ;)

I have a 4 year old son who is the light of my life! He keeps me entertained and laughing much of the time. The Mommy role is one of my most treasured gifts!!

I'm a Holistic Occupational Therapist. So I add an energy spin on things and incorporate a variety of energy based techniques to help people at the foundation level! Including Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic touch, Crystal work, Cold laser therapy, etc!

PHILOSOPHY

Those who believe they Can, and those who believe they Can't ~ are both right!

Life is what you make of it. You can totally manifest ANYTHING you want to into your life! Check out the Law of Attraction to find out more! See all those four and FIVE Leaf clovers in that picture!...I found over 30 of them in my back yard...I manifested finding them..and couldn't believe that the Universe upped the ante and about 5 of the FIVE leaf clovers appeared for me. They are of course even more rare than the four leaf clovers. :o)

Things happen for a reason, and it relates to divine timing. There are truly higher powers acting to help us on our path. Ask me more if you'd like to learn more about my thoughts related to that one!

I've met some Amazing people while travelling and have hung out with them like they were my best buds! I have kept in touch with a few of them and can't wait to meet more lifelong friends!

Tons of sports..my newest addictions are: mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, hockey and snowboarding! I also love hiking and camping, field hockey, downhill and cross country skiing.

I also like making creative things like Mosaics, Decoupage, Jewelry making, landscape painting, etc..although I don't seem to find much time these days for this!..

Travelling is big on my list of Fab things to do too!..but I don't have as much time for long trips now that I've somewhat settled down!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Love comedies and dramas the most. Like lots of dif kinds of music..although don't ask me to name artists and songs cause I don't remember most of that stuff! I don't really find the time to read a lot of books lately..

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Backpacked around Europe by myself after HS in 1998..from there I became really independent, broadened my perspective, developped more of an open mind, made lots of great friends and had some pretty Awesome adventures! I wouldn't trade that for the world..I have a ton of funny and cool stories to share!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I'd love to teach others more about some sports I play and/or how to make awesome creative things (like how to mosaic or make jewelry..although you'd have to be here for me to really show you!). How to drive stick shift cause it's a whole lot more fun! I could teach you a little bit of French too since I'm fluent in it as well.
