ABOUT ME

We are a German couple currently traveling through New Zealand. We arrived in March and will travel around until march 2014. After finishing University we decided to experience something completely new and jumped on a plane to New Zealand.

We are a very relaxed couple, who likes to chat over a cup of tea or coffee and we both have a very sweet tooth ;-) Besides we are both into movies and TV Series, although there are many that we still have to watch. Right now we also enjoy our new life in New Zealand with many new and stunning places to explore, people to meet and all the adventures a year of working holiday brings.

We ware really looking forward to summer and hope to visit one or two music festivals. Back in Germany we went to many of those festivals and are very curious how they are here in New Zealand. We love listening to music, discover new bands and music styles and Heiko even plays a little bit on the ukulele (but he has just started learning ;-) )

When we are not in the mood to do anything, we can spend whole days reading, talking and chilling in a cosy place.

We are easy to "maintain", the only thing is that Stefanie does not eat any fish or seafood ...

Right now we are surfing, but when we will be back in our "normal" lifes we will definitively host surfers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far we surfed at one guy in Mount Maunganui, NZ and we really liked it.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Musik:
A wide range between Reggae, Metal and Rock'n'Roll. And even Soul and Hiphop. So you could say, we like almost any kind of music.

Movies:
Sometimes Blockbusters, sometimes Classics, somtimes independent productions. It really depends on the mood and the movie ;-)

Books:
Stefanie really loved the Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, but she also reads thrillers, novels and historic and/or fiction novels. Eg Ken Folletts The pillars of the earth, the Panem trilogy and many many more. Heiko is more interested in science fiction and fantasy novels.
