About Me
Hello!
I'm a Physicist from Brazil. Currently doing my Masters in electronics for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. I went to Europe for a 5 month internship in CERN :) and now I'm back.
I'm not very good at sports, but I like yoga, Pilates, hiking, eating cake... my hobbies include photography, electronics, learning new stuff. Last november I learned how to make a wooden spoons!
Please, note that I live in São Carlos, not in São Paulo city!
Repare que eu moro em São Carlos, não na cidade de São Paulo!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To be honest, my travelling budget is not very good, so a cheap accommodation is very, very interesting. But after reading about this CouchSurfing idea, the opportunity of having a friendly contact during my travels is awesome! So, I'm here to meet new people and travel :)
I stayed with awesome people in Europe, I hope I can host some awesome people!

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm into metal music, folk, steampunk, classical and many more genres. I used to play the guitar and piano when I was a little kid. But that was years ago...
I recommend Jackon's "Classical Electrodynamics" book if you are into Electromagnetism, Salinas' "Introduction to Statistical Physics" if you are into statistics and Johnson's and Grahan's "A Handbook of Black Magic" if you are into electronics. If you want something not related to those things, I'd suggest The Hobbit by Tolkien. His writing style is incredible!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once upon a time I was in Finland for a year-long exchange. I swam in a frozen lake. It was -20°C but in the sauna it was like +85°C
Teach, Learn, Share
Physics, programming and math if you are into those kind of things.
I also like photography and gardening as hobbies and can help you like a complete beginner :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
For your own safety, it's better if I do not cook. My kitchen skills are (from really good to OK): eating (years of experience), cleaning, ordering pizzas and cooking.
