I love reading with a passion and I do it for pleasure, not context.

I enjoy engulfing myself in a new life. Staying in one place has never been enough for me. I am constantly curious about how I will survive and hopefully thrive in a new environment. I find myself traveling but whenever I do there is an essential missing piece. Learning what was missing was one of the biggest light bulb moments of my life.
If you have read my whole profile you should start your request with a food that you love but everyone else seems to hate. Now back to my convo: I realized that I will never get to understand how people in a specific location live unless I actually uproot my life and live there as well for an extended period of time. This light bulb moment also came with the realization that one is not a local unless you have taken the public transportation of the location!!

I like making sure I am aware of current events or else I feel ignorant. Recently, I have subscribed to an email news chain that I find very helpful. Unfortunately, I never feel informed enough to comment on the news, politics, and policies around me. I have my opinions but I do not feel qualified enough to express them confidently to others (

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a practicing Jew and am very open about my religion. Questions are always encouraged. Staying with me is an adventure because if you happen to stay on a weekend we keep Shabbat and you will need to be respectful as well. We don’t use electronics (including phones) from Friday night to Saturday night. DETOX!
