I am a 32-year-old mother of two, living the dream of seeing the world as I raise my children and live my passions. Took the leap of transitioning to teaching yoga full time 5 years ago. Learned the incredible lesson of living on less money by finding my self in what I already had in my hands. Through lessening my desires I have truly become infinitely wealthy. I am doing my best to say yes to the many opportunities that come my way. I currently live on a farm, doing our best to protect the waterway that runs through our property by planting as many trees as possible, big future plans of creating a healing sanctuary and retreat with community trails. I am also passionate about food rescue, I do my best to help keep the compostable food from a local store out if the garbage and either into the mouths of those in need or feeding the earth. I spend the rest of my time outdoors, hiking, biking, paddling, chasing waterfalls.

I love most music, any book on yoga or medicinal plants. I do my best to limit movies and television as it tends to ear precious time. Although a good one with good company is always worth it!
