My first name is Helen but I'm always known as Angie. I'm a miniaturist, author and self builder in the beautiful Sierra de Aracena in Spain. I also teach English to local Spanish kids. I've recently discovered walking due to a recent illness. Loving it but time and finances make it difficult to do as much as I'd like.
I always travel with my Husband Frank. I've recently set up a Patreon page and am happy to welcome other Patreon creators ...of all ages and share experiences. I'm getting on a bit myself :D

Please note that although the profile says Huelva, that seems to be a Couchsurfing default. I'm actually on the edge of the Sierra De Aracena one mile N by N/E from Huelva by car and 2 or more by bus.
Also note that we have 2 very friendly cats. They are clean and cared for and are not allowed in the bedroom but people with cat allergy should be aware before asking us to host.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Dipping my toe in the water. I'd like to travel further around Spain possibly by means of walking parts of the various Caminos. (I'm Atheist) I recently got over a life threatening illness so this is my second life. I want to walk more, experience more, write more. I also want to lower my own hotel bills when travelling to other parts of Europe to show my Miniatures.
