About Me

PHILOSOPHY

Be kind... compassionate and understanding. Experiences over material possessions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help as many people feel as safe, comfortable, and welcome where ever they are while they're traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've traveled for the past two summers all around and across America and never used couchsurf.com and always got offers from nice folks to let us stay a night with them, or just slept outside. Mostly sleeping outside... I think it's time I returned the favor to anyone who's in my shoes.

Interests

My main interest is rock climbing. In the winter I snowboard. In the summer I travel. I goto school for biology. I want to open a collaboration of holistic medicine practice, organic farm, health food store, and climbing gym mix when I'm older. Really into health food... and camping... and doing just about anything outside.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds of music. When I'm traveling i tend to listen to more folk / blue grass... when I'm being a student I usually listen to more mellow acoustic, instrumental, indie punk bands.

I read the book 'Hobo' this summer and really enjoyed it.

Don't watch much TV... don't have a favorite movie but when I get sick or something and end up watching tv I always liked the show 'House' about the medical mysteries and the dramatic doctor life... haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hoped freight trains. Hitchhiked from Colorado to California. Gone to rainbow gathering. Been to a bunch of national forests, parks, preserves, ext.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been honing survival skills on my travels and I know a lot about how to live off the land and live for free in cites any how to get places. I know about things like healthy food rock climbing and how to hop freight trains. I want to learn how to hunt and fish and grown my own food...
