I'm Helena, a filmaker based in Barcelona. I always been interested in traveling and meeting other cultures but specially educate myself through this, real life, real experinces.

My favourite passion is cinema; I love watching, thinking and creating movies or any kind of story. I enjoy photography, always I carry on my camera. I'm always looking for a story to tell and document in my own narrative, through documentary and photography. Also I love history, reading and anything related with food, cooking and learning new dishes.

I want to educate myself by travelling to new places far or near my home, but specially I want to educate myself by meeting and chating to new people with diferents point of views about life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm lucky because my family loves travelling and hosting new people in our home. I've traveled all my life, specially around Europe, so I love meeting other cultures and countries. I'm very interested in all the Balcans and the rich culture they have, I want to know anything related, food, traditions, culture, history and of course, people!
My intention in Couchsurfing is to learn and leave this world a little better than I found it!

I can share any type of conversation, I'm really interested in everything I think I don't know! I like to talk about cinema, politics, religion, anything! Also I can cook some delicious spanish tortilla (omelete) or whatch some film.
