Interests

I really like anything to do with Geography! I enjoy being involved with the University, and offer my time for many different causes on a voluntary (sometimes paid)basis. I love nature and the environment, and I have participated with some conservation projects. I am passionate about protecting the environment so future generations can appreciate it the way we all have :) I like Dancing. My favourite styles include Street and Freestyle. I recently started Lyrical which I also enjoy. I love dancing in nightclubs and in my room - anywhere where there is space!

Music, Movies, and Books

Unfortuntaly my film knowledge is limited, but when I do watch films I love watching a good movie in the evenings, snuggled with icecream and good company :) My favourite actor has to be Leonardo DiCaprio!

I love reading, and often a good holiday can be defined by what I have been reading. The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a great book. I also love travelling books by Michael Palin. I read The Noughts and Crosses book series a few years ago now, but they stick in my head as being great books!.

Everyone laughs at my music taste! It's so varied! But ultimatly anything that you can sing all the words to and that has a good dancing beat!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moments that left me awestruck:
Standing on top of a volcano in Iceland at 10pm watching the sun.
Swimming in a swimming pool in Iceland located in the middle of the mountains.
Camping in Iceland on Heimaey and finding a secluded beach with jellyfish and puffins.
Running through a thunder and lightening storm in Norway.
Fishing in a fjord in Norway surrounded by dolphins.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can try and teach you Geography! There are many different aspects to it, so there is so much to learn and share! I would love to practice my language as well, my french is limited but I'm sure with practice I'll be able to hold a conversation eventually! I have recently started learning Icelandic, and I also need to learn some phrases for my upcoming trip to Norway!
