There is not much I love more than being close to the sea. I grew up in a small and pretty town at the baltic sea, during high school i moved to Jönköping (Sweden) for one year and even though I had an amazing time there, I realized how much I needed the ocean and water sports in my life. I came back to my hometown Stralsund, lived on the Island Rügen for some months and finally settled down (sounds like I'm 60 now haha) in Kiel, to start my university studies. My main subjects are geography and arts (not such a usual combo) but it combines what I'm interested in: the earth, it's beauty and endangerment and what we do with and on this planet :)
