I'm a free loving spirit, living life by trusting my intuition and following my heart to fulfill my truest desires. I was born and raised in the Adirondacks in New York, I have a passion for adventure, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, and anything else outdoors. I have been working in Lake Placid, NY, (the Olympic Region) at our local organic Health Food Store called Green Goddess Natural Market. I have been working there as a holistic health advocate for 4 years, teaching people about alternative healthy living. ❤️

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In a years time: I have driven from Lake Placid, NY to California in a Prius, (May 2015)
Flew to Costa Rica for 6 weeks and lived on the beach in a hammock, hiked volcanoes, traded horse training for rides to the waterfalls, zip line, four wheeling... Etc. Dec/Jan
Flew back home, then was gifted tickets to go across the country on a train from Albany, NY to San Francisco by a monk in March.
From there I went to live at a permaculture farm called Quail Springs for 6 weeks in a tent in April/May.
Then flew to Santa Cruz last week for an adventure at Mount Shasta, Ashland Oregon, Sacramento, and Lake Tahoe!
