CURRENT MISSION

While travelling, I would like to learn more about organic farming, permaculture, bioconstruction, wildlife, etc. Anything that could enable me to live more in harmony with nature!.

ABOUT ME

I am French. I have lived in France, Germany, Portugal, Russia and Scotland. I like travelling and whenever I can, I like staying in a place for a while in order to get to know a bit better the people, the culture, the history, the food, etc.!
I studied tourism and worked mostly in tour operators in Edinburgh. An interesting job, but too much time spent in front of a computer to my liking!.. So I decided to take my backpack and started travelling: last year in South and Central America and this year in New Zealand! :)
I like cooking, dancing, listening to music, watching movies, reading, doing yoga, running, hiking, playing volleyball, going out with friends, making my own organic beauty and cleaning products, being outdoors, etc. I started learning how to play the violin about 4 years ago, I tried samba and capoeira in Brazil. In a word, I like experimenting and learning new things! :) And what a better way than travelling and meeting new people to do that?! :)

At the moment I am travelling but I'd liked to host people as well when I decide to settle a bit more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience of couch surfing was a few years ago when I was travelling in the 3 Baltic States. I stayed at couch surfers' most of the time and it was great!
I repeated the experience last year in Costa Rica and had an amazing time!
I think it is a great way to travel, especially when you travel by yourself! You get to know locals, cook with them, talk, exchange good tips about their country and yours, etc. A really great experience that I would like to repeat in New Zealand! :)

I like indie, pop, folk, bluegrass, jazz, classical music and a lot more! I really like discovering new artists/ bands!
Some of my favourite artists: Milky Chance, MØ, M, The Black Feathers, City and Colors, The Punch Brothers and many more! And I do like a good musical! :)

Some of my favourite movies: Eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, The broken circle breakdown, Once, Promise me this, La vita è Bella, ...

One of my favourite authors is René Barjavel.
