ABOUT ME

I'll be in Hong Kong now for at least a year. I lived in Japan last year and loved it, but I decided to try somewhere different for a bit. I'm really enjoying HK so far!
I'm an English teacher (just starting), and I'm not really sure what I want to do after this year but I will probably not go back to the UK for a while. There are so many places I want to visit!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was introduced to CS through a good friend. I'd like to meet people from around the world, and make some friends in HK.

Interests

Going to new places, meeting new people, seeing my friends, reading, hugs, cats, writing (just for fun), cooking, swimming.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach English professionally. I know a bit of Japanese, a very little bit of French and German, and the tiniest bit of Russian.

I can play the violin quite badly (I don't take one when I travel so I never practise).

I can sew reasonably well. I can cook quite well, and I make wonderful cakes! =)

I'd love to learn Cantonese and Mandarin. At least a little of each.
