Hi! I’m from the Czech Republic and work at a university. I’ve had the chance to study and live abroad in Edmonton (Canada), Seoul (South Korea), and Kentucky (USA) – and Couchsurfing was an amazing part of those experiences. I love sports like running, football, swimming, snowboarding, and cycling, and I also enjoy cooking and baking. I’m an easy-going, open-minded person who loves meeting new people, sharing stories, and having good conversations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, Couchsurfing is an amazing way to create new friendships and connect with people from different cultures. It lets me experience places through the eyes of locals and discover corners of the world I would probably never find on my own. I love how it turns traveling into something more personal.

Books – I enjoy reading psychology books. I’m also drawn to books about war, for example, by Erich Maria Remarque.

Music – I like a mix of styles – from classics like the Beatles to more modern sounds like The Killers, Cigarettes After Sex, and Alt-J.

Films – I really enjoy Czech films and any movie that makes me think.

I climbed Mont Blanc.
