A city lover, working in theater and running around between sets and rehearsals the whole week. Communicative and easy going, interested in arts, theater and good cuisine. Strongly believes that with a smile is the best way to start your day, or anything as a matter of fact =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am the proud owner of a green, very friendly sofa, who has followed me and accompanied me through flats and moves in prenzlauer berg and in berlin and is still with me, keeping me company in my flat in Berlin. I live in a cosy little flat with my 2 best friends, Agne & Linn. Some of us are working, some are still studying. Pretty busy during the week, but there's always a bit more time during the weekend to have breakfast, brunch, show you around the city a bit or go for a walk at the Park, visit some exhibitions and theatre. During the weekend I enjoy staying mostly at home, cooking with friends, playing boarding games or going later in the evening for a drink in the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed from time to time to lots of couch surfers, but none directly via couch surfing, mostly through friends or friends of friends in other cities etc. I am pretty new, but I hope for meeting new people quite soon!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

after our master presentation-and after weeks of working with models, emails, lap tops, cameras; videocameras, renderings, projectors-we have travelled with a good friend and colleague 18 hours from two major cities, berlin and athens, with tube, airplanes and ships to an island of 22 citizens, 14 hours from athens by ship, in the mediterrenean. no mobile signal, no internet, not even a shop. I find globalization has many tricky sides, but the opportunities you have nowadays to travel from place to place with such great scene differences.. from being in ubahn in berlin checking emails on your iPhone, to find yourself in 18 hours, half a day on an isolated island in the middle of nowhere, sleeping under the stars with the only sound the waves of the ocean at night. I find it breathtaking.
