About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Making myself happy by trying to figure out what makes me happy.
ABOUT ME
My name is Helen and I consider myself a fun loving person. I love an adventure in my backyard or 3,000 miles away - a fast mountain bike trail - playing almost any sport - and especially enjoying the outdoors. My perfect day would start with a hike with a good friend - learning something - biking/boarding/running/and/or playing - then getting crafty late at night or heading out for a drink or two with a somewhat enjoyable band playing the soundtrack of my life in the background. It is a thrill to meet all different types of people and try to experience the things the new things they have to offer.
PHILOSOPHY
I worked doing the same thing every day for over a year and I soon realized I could never be happy working more than I was living. I now know I would rather have less and live more. Right now I am working to find where my part on this great earth will be and how I will contribute to making my community a better place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking alone for 5 miles in the foggy darkness on a new moon with no flashlight to find a campfire I saw from the distance and meet up with a man and fiddle and a jug of moonshine.
