About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To save money for the next adventure.

ABOUT ME

If I was to describe myself in someone else's words I would choose Douglas Adams' description of Zaphod Beeblebrox in The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
"Adventurer, ex-hippy, good timer, manic self-publicist, terribly bad at personal relationships, often thought to be completely out to lunch"

PHILOSOPHY

Life is what you make of it.

Notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, 'If this isn't nice, I don't know what is'.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm looking for places to stay in America and Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to live in Seoul, I roughly hosted about 15 guests in my mediocre sized bedsit, from close friends and family, to French men and dogs.
I then lived in NZ and hosted a couple of Belgians for 3 months.
The more the merrier.

I love music, art, animals, science and most of all people with great senses of humour.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life is amazing: I have climbed mountains in South Korea, watched sumo in Japan, held a koala in Australia, snorkelled with sharks in Malaysia, watched the sunset over the Taj Mahal, done a bungee jump in New Zealand and worked as a divemaster in Thailand.

Teach, Learn, Share

Try to learn as many languages as you can. It will really expand your life.
Try to teach others along the way.
Share everything.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook, dance, scuba dive, laugh and converse.
If you like to eat, play music, learn something new, laugh and converse I'm sure we can share lots of fun times together.
