About Me

I'm a business student in beautiful Mannheim in Germany, but since half a year I travel around Canada. While enjoying the wonderful west coast, Victoria & Vancouver, I actually study as well, even if it doesn't feel like it ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I first arrived in Canada in a new city it took me less than 24 hours to make new friends, thanks to couchsurfing! Through this people the smallest cities become the greatest destinations. I was so impressed by the "couchsurfing-spirit" - I can't wait to come back home to Germany and host other travellers, to show them my beautiful city!

Interests

... of cause I wouldn't be couchsurfing if I wouldn't love travel! I liked to go on journeys before my great Canada trip, but since this summer I realized how important the people are that join your travel.
... I love food & cooking & eating - which comes perfectly along with traveling!! Let's try a new dish, a new drink, a new taste!
... Also through Canada I found my love to hiking and camping. Especially with friends is so much fun to spend time in the nature together!
... Since I was small I loved drawing & painting... and never stoped ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

There is no bad music, is it? If it's Latin, R&B or from the 90s we can dance to it!
I guess I will never become a movie expert, but Inception is one of my favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Right now there is the exchange to Canada all in my head. It was such an amazing experience for half a year, I really can't pick on moment, but swimming in a natural pool after a hike through high mountains was pretty impressive. Seeing a bear in Banff was rather scary (at least for me!), seeing the midnight sun in Iceland was awesome and I will never forget going on a two days kayak trip around Vancouver Island.!

Teach, Learn, Share

Let's cook together, can't wait for new recipes and I promise to share some of Germany's best recipes with you ;)
And I would love to hear about your travels! That's the best way to find out where I want to go next!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share some stories, but I already feel bad by writing so much stuff about my self here - so please let's share our stories with each other ;)
